Pontoons are used in demanding sea surfaces for binding of vessels, people and goods trafficking.

Very demanding selection of the materials

Optimum of the mechanical resistance and corrosion resistance we achieve with following materials:

• polypropylene, for floating elements, resistant on all sea factors and UV stabilised, if necessary filed with core of expanding polistirol, closed in cell with self-quench attributes

On demand

• aluminium alloy or inox materials for bearing structure of floating elements, which are in continual contact with sea and resistant on corrosion
• Warm method zinc steel for the construction outside the sea. This material gives us high mechanic resistance on undulation of sea and irregular floating of vessel
• Walking areas made from wood or polyethylene/polypropylene slip resistant.
